There are no exchanges available on sale items, gift cards or other digital products.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

We do not offer cancellations for prepaid orders.

To cancel a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Note:
If, in any case, after the order is dispatched, the customer refuses to accept the order and requests a refund, we will deduct the shipping charges, including both the delivery charge and the return charge back to our warehouse, from the customer’s refund amount.
