Job Responsibilities:
- Customer calling and support (Customer complaints, Order query, Product information).
- Creating & resolving customer tickets on customer support desk.
- Submission of MIS report to the management.
- Managing CRM software and Abandoned cart.
- Coordinating with the technical team for the repairs.
- Handling Sales Order, Packaging, Invoice, shipment and closing the order.
- Coordinating with the courier Partners.
- Responsible for Ecommerce websites order processing.
- Responsible for contributing information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
