Job Description

As a Graphic Designer, you'll create visually stunning designs that reflect our brand identity and engage our target audience. Working closely with marketing, product development, and content teams, you'll translate concepts into compelling visuals that shape our brand and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
• Create, design and produce high-quality visual content, including logos, banners, brochures, posters, infographics, and digital ads including videos.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all materials.
• Use artistic skills to create illustrations, icons, and custom graphics to enhance our brand's visual impact.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to maintain visual consistency in all promotional materials.
• Edit and retouch images for use across various platforms.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all designs meet standards and specifications.

Work Experience: 3-4 years of experience

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.).
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Premier Pro)
• A self-motivated individual who takes initiative stays updated with industry trends, and continuously seeks to enhance design skills.
• Familiarity with the latest design tools and technologies.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Ability to work methodically, handle rejection and meet deadlines.
