Coffee Panna Cotta Recipe — The Epitome of Indulgence
This Coffee Panna Cotta is a symphony of flavours. The silky smoothness of creamy panna cotta combined with the robust richness of Coffeeza Intenso espresso makes for an irresistible treat. The best part? It's a surprisingly simple dessert — no fancy chef skills required.
Panna cotta is a classic Italian dessert meaning "cooked cream" — light, elegant, and endlessly versatile. Adding espresso takes it to a whole new level.
Combine gelatin and water, then allow it to rest in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
In a saucepan, warm the cream, milk, and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
Remove from heat and incorporate the gelatin mixture once it reaches 50–60°C.
Stir in the Coffeeza Intenso espresso shots until a smooth, uniform blend is achieved.
Gently pour into moulds of your choice (approximately 6 moulds) and refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight.
Unmould the chilled panna cotta and serve cold — garnish with chocolate shavings or a drizzle of caramel for extra indulgence.
