Ingredients:
200ml ml of fresh cream
60ml Milk
100ml Espresso (Intenso blend)
50 gms Sugar
2 tsp Gelatin
2 tbsp Water
Instructions:
Combine gelatin and water, allowing it to rest in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
In a saucepan, warm the cream, milk, and sugar until the sugar dissolves completely.
Remove the mixture from heat and incorporate the gelatin mixture when it reaches a temperature of 50-60°C.
Integrate the shots of Coffeeza Intenso espresso into the mixture, stirring until a uniform blend is achieved.
Gently pour the mixture into moulds of your choosing (approximately 6 moulds) and refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight.
Unmold the chilled panna cotta and savour it in all its cold, splendid glory.
