What is the warranty of Brand New Coffeeza machines?
Your New Coffeeza Finero Next/ Frothimo and Lattisso One-Touch coffee machines come with standard 1 Year Warranty from the date of purchase covering internal parts, labor and 2-way shipping (to-and-fro Coffeeza Service Centre). External spare parts are not covered under warranty and will be charged extra, along with the shipping cost.
What if there is a defect in the machine?
If any manufacturing defect is found in the first 14 days (from invoice date), then your product will be eligible for an instant replacement. However, we will ship the replacement only upon receiving the defective unit back. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Machine collection and re-shipping charges will be borne by us. Please contact Customer Care immediately if this is the case. Our technical support team will first need to understand the nature of the defect before arranging pickup using our courier partner.

Can I use Nespresso capsules in Coffeeza machines?
Yes, Coffeeza capsule machines are compatible with all Nespresso® Original Line capsules. These machines are not compatible with Nespresso® Vertuo machines.
What type of water should I use in my coffee machine?
We recommend that you use filtered water and refill the water tank regularly.
How do I maintain my Coffeeza capsule machines?
Follow the user manual that came with the machine. Descale your coffee machine on a regular basis. Do not keep empty capsules in the machines. Clean the removable parts regularly. Check these videos for more details.
At what intervals does the Coffeeza capsule coffee machine need to be descaled?
