What is the warranty of Brand New Coffeeza machines?
Your New Finero Mini Portable Espresso Machine come with standard 6 months Warranty from the date of purchase covering internal parts, labor and 2-way shipping (to-and-fro Coffeeza Service Centre). External spare parts are not covered under warranty and will be charged extra, along with the shipping cost.
Can I use this portable espresso maker for both ground coffee and coffee capsules?
Yes, it is compatible with both Coffeeza Capsules (and Nespresso Original Line capsules) and ground coffee (fine grind)
Can I use the machine while it is charging
No you cannot use the machine while it is charging
How long does it take to recharge the battery?
It only takes 1.5 -2 hours to charge the battery to full a power status with a 10W/15W power adapter.
How many cups of espresso can it extract on a fully charged battery?
It can extract up to 100 cups of espresso with hot water on a fully charged battery.
How do I check the battery status?
The smart LED indicator provides real-time updates on the battery level. 1 bar is 25%, 2 is 50%, 3 is 75% and all 4 bars indicate 100% charge.
How do I clean the coffee maker?
All components except the main body are detachable and can be rinsed with water for easy cleaning. The main body should not be washed.
